Staying at the hotel was a true delight. The rooms were even better than what we originally reserved, offering stunning views of the pool and ocean. My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious with a great view, but the soundproofing was quite poor at the hotel. The service was top-notch, especially from Josafat in-house and Gabriel at the Preferred Beach Bar. The dining options were a bit limited, and the opening times varied, which was a downside. The hotel facilities were lovely and well taken care of.

The Preferred Club Two Bedroom Connector Suite I had was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, but some areas felt a bit old and in need of maintenance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the room service was top-notch. However, the high volume of the music area nearby made it unbelievably loud till 10:30 at night.
